yesterday i went in for my first apt with my
Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Beth Barry - who is amazing and so personal & genuine - and can report that everything is wonderful! It was a long 90 minute apt, but there was much to do: yearly exam, checking baby's heartbeat (my favorite!!!), getting all vital & necessary info, the insurance information discussion, and drawing blood for lab work. I'm due around
Jan 17th so in about 9 weeks we'll go in for the anatomy & gender ultrasound!
so in the approximate 10-11 weeks this baby has been developing, she already has all the vital organs, teeth buds emerge and eye lids develop further. she is roughly 1 inch in length and growing!
can't wait to hear your little heartbeat again and then see you in the US!
